Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact Dressperfect Cards before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order information and a photo of the problem so we can make it right.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
